GST Registration

The businesses whose turnover exceeds Rs. 40 lakhs is required to register and file for GST.

Documents Required

   1.  PAN of the Applicant.

   2.  Aadhaar card.

   3.  Proof of business registration or Incorporation certificate.

   4.  Identity and Address proof of Promoters/Director with Photographs.

   5.  Address proof of the place of business.

   6.  Bank Account statement/Cancelled cheque.

   7.  Digital Signature.

   8.  Letter of Authorization/Board Resolution for Authorized Signatory.

MSME Registration

MSME/SSI/ Udyog Aadhar Registration is categorized mainly into 3

       a.  Micro enterprises– Entities investing less than ₹ 10 lakhs

       b.  Small enterprises– Entities investing more than ₹ 10 lakhs but less than ₹ 2 crores

       c.  Medium enterprises– Entities investing ₹ 2 crores but less than ₹ 5 crores.

Documents Required

     1.  Business Address Proof.

     2.  Copies of Sale Bill and Purchase Bill.

     3.  Partnership Deed/ MoA and AoA.

     4.  Copy of Licenses and Bills of Machinery Purchased.



FSSAI License

FSSAI acquires the food license for the Food Business operators in India.  A trader, operator, businessman which is doing any food-related business, etc. food manufacturing, processing, storage distribution, sale of food products it is mandatory for him to obtain FSSAI Registration or License.

Documents Required

1.  FSSAI Registration

  • An identity proof that contains a photograph
  • A passport sized photograph

2.  State & Central License

  •  Proof of address
  •  Import/export code
  •  A passport sized photograph
  •  A list of directors or partners
  •  A certificate of incorporation
  •  The MoA and AoA of the business
  •  An identity proof that contains a photograph
  •  No Objection Certificate from the local municipality

3.  For manufacturing units, besides the above-listed documents, the following are also required:

  •  The blueprint of warehouse, plant, etc.
  •  A list of all machinery.
  •  Report of a water test.
  •  List of all food categories.

Import/Export License

Import Export Code (also known as IEC) is a 10 digit identification number that is issued by the Director General of Foreign Trade mandatory for companies and businesses to obtain this code to start a business that deals with import and export in the Indian Territory.

Documents Required

  1. Individual’s or Firm’s or Company’s copy of PAN Card

  2. Individual’s voter id or Aadhar card or passport copy

  3. Individual’s or company’s or firm’s cancel cheque copy of current bank account

  4. Copy of Rent Agreement or Electricity Bill Copy of the premise.
